Our Automatic Bell Pepper Corer removes core and segments the peppers into 1-2-4 strips. Bell Peppers are manually loaded into cups, with the stem down, for the following cut
sequence.
- First cut - a horizontal pneumatic saw.
- Second cut - a turning knife from the stem positioned by a hydraulic piston.
- Third cut - vertical blade for strips 1, 2 or 4.
